Research topic: Investigating the processes of the metabolic shift during very early oncogenic transformation in H-Ras V12 transformed Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts (MEFs) with a mitochondrial impairment.
Analytical experience: cell culture of primary, immortalized and transformed MEFs on different culture media and extra-cellular matrices, MEFs H-Ras V12 transformation by retroviral gene transduction, H-Ras-MEFs transfection for fluorescent staining, metabolic analysis, light microscopy for colocalisation analysis, apoptosis tracking.

Scientific functions during PhD candidacy:
Exploring the influence of creatine kinase, cytoskeletal protein, glycolysis and ATP diffusion on the mitochondrial respiration in cardiac and brain cells. Design of the Mitochondrial Interactosome theory.
Analytical experience: Preparation of synaptosomes, brain mitochondria, synaptic vesicles, heart mitochondria. Expertise in oxygraphy, confocal microscopy and acquisition and analysis of FCS data, western blot.
