Activités / CV

  • Joined CNRS in 1982. Doctorat d'Etat in Physical Sciences in 1986 at the Laboratoire de Recherche sur la Réactivité des Solides, Bourgogne University, and at Institut Laue-Langevin, Grenoble (Study of prereactional transformations in calcium hydroxide crystals during a thermal treatment leading to dehydration).
  • 1988: SATMA (PECHINEY company) at Goncelin, Isère (Study of the structure and properties of barrier-type alumina layers).
  • 1989-1992: Laboratoire de Géologie Alpine (Joseph Fourier University, Grenoble). Research activities related to new dating processes in natural materials and physico-chemical characterization of irradiation-induced defects.
  • Since 1993: Laboratoire des Matériaux et du Génie Physique (UMR 5628, Grenoble INP). Research activities focused on the use of Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction for structural studies in bulk and thin films in the field of materials for silicon-based electronic devices,  multifunctional and nanostructured oxide-based materials, wide band gap semiconductors.
