Research at LMGP is dedicated to material sciences and is concentrated on studies related to intrinsic properties of materials, their structure and the processing of crystals or thin films for applications in the fields of Information Technologies, Energy or Health. Thematics in emerging research fields. The thematics addressed by the LMGP are in constant evolution and take into account all the latest development in science as well as their potential applications in industry.

  • Materials for science and technology  in Information and Telecommunication
  • Materials for clean  Energy science
  • Emerging synthesis and physical chemistry of solids
  • Interface between materials and biological matter

Wide collaborations at an international level. Research at LMGP is developed  in wide collaboration with national or international partners to benefit from the synergy and scientific potential  of our partners. Amoung others FAME/EMMI and Sinano/nanosil  are examples of European Networks where LMGP is strongly engaged. Highly qualified people and a variety of expertise fields. Our experts cover a large variety of expertise including  physics,  chemistry or biology. Scientist and engineers, from different  generation with an international flavor, boost our research in a international scene.
