Biochemical characterization of microbial functions of biotechnological interest

Abstract
The main theme of Myriam AMARI’s research work is the study of biological functions from different microorganisms by means of microbiological, biochemical and molecular techniques. These functions involves mainly the production of molecules, polymers and/or enzymes with multiple biotechnological applications.
